Our basic values are at the centre of the circle and must be reflected in our attitudes and conduct in all relationships. These values are incorporated in all the activities through which we convey our corporate culture and attitudes, for example in personnel and management development, in introduction programmes for new employees and in internal and external communication. In this way, we can work consciously to ensure that values and ethics are integrated organically in Veidekke’s vision, objectives and business strategy. We also have a compliance programme, which gives our employees an introduction to the rules of competition law that apply to Veidekke.
