Veidekke conducts ongoing transactions with related parties as part of its ordinary operations, including contracts for the development of specific projects. In the first quarter of 2010, Veidekke had no significant transactions with related parties. In note 34 of the financial statements for 2009, details are provided on the types of transactions and their extent for last year.
