A total of 22.8 million Veidekke shares were traded over the stock exchange during the third quarter. Veidekke’s largest shareholders are OBOS (28 per cent), IF Skadeförsäkring AB (8.7 per cent), Folketrygdfondet (7.3 per cent) and 3,119 employees holding a total of 18.7 per cent of the shares in the company. Foreign investors hold 23 per cent of the shares.

During the quarter, the price of a Veidekke share fluctuated between NOK 31.8 and NOK 44.

There were no buybacks of shares in the third quarter of 2009.
