Net interest-bearing liabilities amounted to MNOK 706 at the end of the third quarter, compared with MNOK 712 the previous year.

Gross investments in machinery and equipment in the third quarter totalled MNOK 63 (MNOK 108), whereas sales of property, machinery and equipment amounted to MNOK 22
(MNOK 3).

The Group’s total assets stood at MNOK 8,981 at the end of the quarter (MNOK 9,985). The equity ratio was 21.4 per cent
(19.3 per cent).

Veidekke’s unused, committed borrowing facilities amounted to MNOK 1,089 at the end of the quarter.
