Positive end to a difficult year

Weak year, but improved outlook
After a record year in 2007, 2008 and 2009 proved difficult years for Veidekke Property. Earnings for 2009 ended in a deficit of MNOK – 73.9 compared with a profit of MNOK 19.4 the year before. The main reason for this was a decline in the housing market, which gave a low contribution from the production and sale of dwellings. Read more...
