Veidekke conducts ongoing transactions with related parties as part of its ordinary operations, including contracts for the development of specific projects. In the period from 1 January to 30 September 2008, Veidekke has had no significant transactions with related parties other than those that can be characterised as ordinary, ongoing activity.
