It is Veidekke's aim to distribute a high dividend. Veidekke's dividend policy establishes that the distributed dividend shall represent at least 50 per cent of the company's profit for the year.
The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of NOK 2.75 per share on the 10 May 2012. The shares was traded ex dividend on 11 May 2012. On the basis of the Annual General Meetings' decision of dividends, the dividend will be paid on 24 May 2012 to shareholders.
